At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin. Remove the filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the filler cap slowly to relieve pressure. |

Operate the machine in order to warm the oil.
Park the machine on level ground. Lower the bulldozer blade and the ripper to the ground and apply slight downward pressure. Put the tilt cylinders in the center position. Engage the parking brake and stop the engine.
The hydraulic tank is located on the right-hand side of the machine.

Maintain the oil level to the "FULL" mark in sight gauge (3).
If the hydraulic system requires additional hydraulic oil, follow the procedure listed below.
- Check for pressure in the hydraulic tank. Press the button on pressure/vacuum breaker relief valve (2) in order to relieve any tank pressure.
- Remove filler cap (1) and add oil through the filler tube.
- Clean the filler cap and install the filler cap.
