Stopping the Engine if an Electrical Malfunction Occurs
Use the engine shutdown switch when the engine start switch is in the OFF position and the engine will not stop. The engine shutdown switch is located on the left-hand side of the machine behind the rear tire.

Engine shutdown switch | |
Raise the switch guard and move the toggle switch upward to the OFF position. After the engine stops, lower the switch guard in order to move the toggle switch downward to the ON position.
Note: The engine shutdown switch does not deactivate the machine electrical system. Also, using the engine shutdown switch does not discharge pressure from the steering accumulators or from the brake accumulators.
Note: Do not operate the machine again until the problem has been corrected.
