992K Wheel Loader Caterpillar


Leaving the Machine

Usage:

992K 880

  • Use the steps and the handholds when you get off the machine. Face the machine and use both hands. Make sure that the steps are clear of debris before you dismount.

  • Inspect the engine compartment for debris. Clean out any debris and paper in order to avoid a fire.

  • Remove all flammable debris in order to reduce a fire hazard. Dispose of all debris properly.

  • Always turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position before leaving the machine.

  • Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position and secure with a padlock when the machine will not be used for an extended period of a month or more. This action will prevent drainage of the battery.

  • Install all covers and all vandalism protection locks.
