Air Inlet and Exhaust System Operation

Usage:

C175-20 BXR

来自空气滤清器的清洁进气经由进气口 (5) 被涡轮增压器压缩机叶轮 (4) 吸入涡轮增压器压缩机内。 涡轮增压器压缩机叶轮的旋转进而将空气经由一个气管推向后冷器 (7) 。 在空气流入每一个缸盖内的进气室之前,后冷器会降低这些被压缩的空气的温度。 这些被冷却和压缩的空气充满了缸盖内的进气室。 从进气室流入气缸的空气是由进气门来控制的。

每一缸都有两个进气门和两个排气门。 请参阅系统操作, "气门机构"。 在进气冲程活塞向下移动时,进气门打开。 被冷却和压缩的空气就被从进气室吸入气缸。

压缩冲程时进气门关闭,活塞开始向上移动。 当活塞快到压缩冲程上止点时,燃油被喷入气缸。 燃油与空气混合,开始燃烧。 燃烧所产生的力在作功冲程时向下推动活塞。 当活塞再次向上移动时,活塞处于排气冲程。 排气阀打开,排气经由排气口被压入排气歧管 (1) 。 活塞完成排气冲程之后,排气阀关闭,循环再次开始。

排气从排气歧管 (1) 进入涡轮增压器的涡轮机侧。 这些排气使得涡轮机叶轮 (3) 旋转。 涡轮机叶轮与驱动涡轮增压器上端压缩机叶轮 (3) 的轴相连。 排气经由排气口 (2) 排出。
