使用以下步骤安装缸盖。
- 将 4C-5597 防咬合剂 涂敷在垫圈 (6) 的表面和螺柱 (4) 的螺纹上。
- 组装密封件、垫片、缸盖和垫圈。 用手拧紧螺母 (5) 。
- 用以下任一张紧装置同时拉紧各套缸盖螺柱：
207-5034 双头螺栓拧紧工具总成 ... 40000 ± 1520 kPa (5800 ± 220 psi)
191-5320 双头螺栓拧紧工具总成 ... 125000 ± 4920 kPa (18130 ± 715 psi)
- 重复进行步骤3。
(7) 减压塞
- 扭矩 ... 275 ± 25 N·m (200 ± 18 lb ft)
(8) 燃烧垫片
- 厚度 ... 4.20
± 0.05 mm (0.160 ± 0.004 in)
- 平行表面间的最小距离 ... 0.03 mm (0.001 in)

- 已安装阀桥定位销的高度 ... 20.0 ± 2.0 mm (0.79 ± 0.08 in)

(A) 已安装摇臂支撑销的高度 ... 8.0 ± 1.0 mm (0.32 ± 0.04 in)
