Cylinder Head - Inspect
- 拆下水温调节器壳体。
- 检查缸盖有无气体或冷却液泄漏的迹象。
- 卸下阀门弹簧和阀门。
- 彻底清洁缸盖底面。 清洁冷却液通道和机油道。 确保缸盖与缸体的接触面清洁、光滑和平整。
- 检查缸盖底面有无点蚀、腐蚀和裂纹。 检查阀座镶圈及喷油器喷嘴孔的周围。
- 在 200 kPa (29 psi)的压力下测试缸盖是否泄漏。
- 测量缸盖的平直度。 使用直尺和塞尺检查缸盖是否翘曲。
- 测量缸盖侧面间 (A) 的平直度。
- 测量缸盖端面间 (B) 的平直度。
- 测量缸盖对角间 (C) 的平直度。
