Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
- Install seal (7) .

- Apply Tooling (B) to radiator core (6). Install radiator core (6) .

- Install seal (5) .

- Install brackets (4). Install hoses (3).

- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hood (2). The weight of hood (2) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Install hood (2).

- Attach a suitable lifting device to guard (1). The weight of guard (1) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Install guard (1).
End By: Install the fan motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Piston Motor (Hydraulic Fan) - Install".
