Ride Control Signal Pressure - Check

Usage:

992K H4C
行驶控制阀利用先导油压力来移动分流阀行驶控制阀。 先导油从先导泵供应至行驶控制阀。 至行驶控制阀的先导油流量由行驶控制电磁阀控制。

当行驶控制电磁阀通电时,流向分流阀滑阀端部的先导油流被电磁阀阻断。 分流阀滑阀的端部连接至液压油箱。 滑阀端部的弹簧移动分流阀滑阀。 提升油缸缸盖端连接至行驶控制蓄能器,提升油缸连杆端连接至油箱。

行驶控制信号压力是在诊断板上的一个端口处测量。 诊断板位于铰接区右侧。

  1. 8T-0850 压力表 (4000 kPa (580 psi))连接至行驶控制端口。 行驶控制端口位于诊断板上。

  1. 接合停车制动器。

  1. 将变速箱挂入空档。

  1. 起动发动机。 将液压油加热到大约为 49 至 65°C (120 至 150°F) 的正常工作温度。

  1. 以低怠速运转发动机。

  1. 将行驶控制开关移至中间位置,即断开位置。 记录压力表读数。

  1. 压力表读数应为 3500 ± 150 kPa (508 ± 22 psi)。 压力表读数为发动机工作时的先导压力。

  1. 释放先导系统压力。

  1. 从诊断板上的行驶控制端口 (1) 上拆下压力表。
