机具循环时间测试用于确认与速度缓慢有关的故障。 该测试还有助于核实是否所有功能均速度缓慢还是只有一种功能速度缓慢。

如果任何功能速度缓慢,必须检查机具循环时间以确定有故障的系统。

注: 对于所有循环时间测试,铲斗必须为空载。

  1. 将机器移至开阔区域,使铲斗可完全提升。 将机器放在光滑、水平的表面上。

  1. 连接转向机架锁连杆。

  1. 接合停车制动器。

  1. 将变速箱挂入空档。

  1. 起动发动机后将液压油加热到 65 ± 3°C (150 ± 5°F)。

  1. 安置铲斗,使铲斗底部平放在地面上。

  1. 将发动机运转至高怠速。 测试期间,维持高怠速。

  1. 将提升控制杆移到升起位置。 将提升操纵杆保持在完全升起位置,直到提升油缸达到完全升起位置。 记录从地面到完全升起位置的提升时间。

    提升时间应为 9.8 秒。

  1. 降低铲斗直到铲斗稍稍离开地面。 设定下降限位。

  1. 将铲斗提升至最大高度。

  1. 在发动机以高怠速运转时,将提升操纵杆移动到完全降下止动位置。 记录从完全升起位置到地面上降下限位位置的时间。

    该时间应为 3.6 秒。

  1. 将铲斗移到完全升起位置。 将铲斗置于完全后倾位置。

  1. 让发动机在高怠速,将倾斜操纵杆移动到完全卸载位置。 将倾斜操纵杆保持在此位置,直到铲斗处于完全卸载位置。 记录到完全卸载位置的时间。

    该时间应为 3.3 秒。

  1. 将铲斗定位在高于地面约 300 mm (12 in) 处,使底部与地面平行。

  1. 让发动机在高怠速,铲斗在水平位置,将倾斜操纵杆移动到完全后倾位置。 将倾斜操纵杆固定到此位置,直到铲斗接触挡块。 记录从水平位置到完全后倾位置的时间。

    该时间应为 3.0 秒。
