机具电子控制模块

机具 ECM 根据输入 ECM 的信息及内存中的信息做出决定。 然后,机具 ECM 通过输出发出相应响应。 机具 ECM 的输入输出与机器线束相连。 用触点接头 J1 和 J2。

输入

机器有几个输入设备。 输入设备通知机具 ECM 机器的操作条件。 机器的输入来自开关和传感器。 各开关可向机具 ECM 输入装置提供开路、接地或蓄电池正极信号。 传感器不断向机具 ECM 提供变化信号。 机具 ECM 的输入装置列于下表。

Cat®数据链路用于与机器上的其它电子控制模块通信。 数据链路是双向的。 ECM 可以通过数据链路接收信息。 ECM 可以通过数据链路发送信息。 数据链路允许与其它电子控制模块共享信息。 下面是一个不同电子控制模块之间通过数据链路传递信息的例子。

机具 ECM 的输入装置包括以下部件:

  • "提升操纵杆位置"传感器(该传感器向 ECM 发出 PWM 信号。 该传感器用于表示"提升操纵"杆的位置。)

  • "倾斜操纵杆位置"传感器(该传感器向 ECM 发出 PWM 信号。 该传感器用于表示倾斜操纵杆的位置。)

机具 ECM 从动力传动系 ECM 接收发动机速度信息。 机具 ECM 用这些信息进行标定。 机具 ECM 从动力传动系 ECM 接收有关钥匙起动开关的信息。 发动机起动过程中,机具 ECM 用这些信息停机。 机具 ECM 与 Caterpillar 监控系统交换故障诊断信息。 使用数据链路的所有电子控制模块均会有模块识别符(MID)。 机具 ECM 的 MID 是 082。 Caterpillar 监控系统显示故障代码。 MID 确定故障系统。
