Start By:

  1. Remove the gear pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump - Remove".

  1. Remove bolts (1) and cover (2).

  2. Remove seals (3) and bearing (4).

  3. Remove gears (5), bearing (6), and seals (7).

  4. Remove seal (8), housing (9), seal (10), plate (10A), and seal (11).

  5. Remove seals (12) and bearing (13).

  6. Remove gears (14), bearing (15), seals (17), and seal (16).

  7. Remove housing (18) and seal (19).

  8. Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (25).

  9. Remove bolts (21) and washers (22) from housing (20).

  10. Remove housing (20) from body (24).

  11. Remove bearings (23).

  13. Remove coupling (28), gears (29), bearing (30), seals (31), and seal (32) from body (24).
