- 将软管 (2) 从壳体歧管 (3) 上断开。
- 将软管组件 (1) 从水温调节器壳体 (4) 上断开。
- 拆下螺栓 (7) 。 拆下管 (6) 、水温调节器壳体 (4) 和壳体歧管 (3) 。
- 将水温调节器壳体 (4) 从壳体歧管 (3) 上拆下。 将 O 形密封圈 (9) 和 (8) 从壳体歧管 (3) 上拆下。

- 拆下水温调节器 (10) 。
- 拆下唇型密封 (12) 。
- 将管 (6) 从水温调节器壳体 (4) 上拆下。 拆下 O 形密封圈 (11) 。

- 将 O 形密封圈 (8) 和 (9) 安装在壳体歧管 (3) 上。
- 将水温调节器壳体 (10) 安装在壳体歧管 (3) 上。
- 将管 (6) 安装在水温调节器壳体 (4) 上。 安置水温调节器壳体 (4) 和壳体歧管 (3) 并安装螺栓 (7) 。
