1. Remove bracket (1) from aftercooler (3). Disconnect hose (2) from aftercooler (3).

2. Remove bracket (4) from aftercooler (3). Disconnect hose (5) from aftercooler (3).

3. Remove bolts (6) from aftercooler (3).

4. Remove bolt (7) and spacer (8) from aftercooler (3).

5. Remove bolts (9) from aftercooler (3).

6. Remove bolts (10) in order to remove fan guard (11) from aftercooler (3).

7. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto aftercooler (3). The weight of aftercooler (3) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Remove aftercooler (3).

8. Remove bolts (12) from aftercooler (3). Remove cover assembly (13) and the gasket from core assembly (14).

9. Remove bolts (15) in order to remove core assembly (14) and the gasket.
