Installation Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

1. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position hydraulic tank (26) on the machine. The weight of hydraulic tank (26) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).

2. Install nuts (27) and connect harness assembly (28).

3. Connect tube assembly (24) and clip (25).

4. Position bracket assembly (22) to the hydraulic tank and install bolts (23).

5. Connect harness assemblies (21).

6. Install accumulators (19), filter assembly (18), and bolts (16).

7. Connect hose assembly (20) and tube assembly (17).

8. Connect fittings (14) and (15).

9. Connect tube assemblies (13).

10. Connect clip (11) and hose assembly (12).

12. Position fuel transfer pump (6) and install bolts (4) and nuts (8).

13. Connect harness assembly (7) and hose assemblies (5).

14. Position accumulator (3) and connect bracket assembly (2) and clip (1).

15. Fill the hydraulic system with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".

1. Install the hood side panel and the side doors. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Side Panels and Side Doors - Install".

2. Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Install".
