注: 确保曲轴主轴承背面的锁键适合曲轴主轴承盖和缸体的凹槽。

  1. 使用工具 (A) ,在缸体中安装曲轴主轴承的上半部分。 不要将机油涂抹到曲轴主轴承的背面。

  1. 在曲轴主轴承盖 (2) 中安装曲轴主轴承的下半部分。 不要将机油涂抹到曲轴主轴承的背面。


    注意

    曲轴主轴盖安装时,应使零件号朝向发动机右侧。 曲轴主轴盖通过位于底部表面的冲压号码 1 到 7 进行识别。 止推板仅用于 6 号曲轴主轴承上。


  1. 在缸体上安放主轴承盖 (2) 到位。 将清洁的发动机机油或 Molylube 涂抹到螺栓螺纹和垫圈表面。 安装螺栓 (1) 。

  1. 用 54 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft)的扭矩拧紧螺栓 (1) 。 拧紧各个螺栓 (1) 额外 90 ± 5 度(1/4 圈)。

  1. 利用工具 (B) 检查曲轴的轴向间隙。 轴向间隙必须为 0.07 至 0.32 mm (0.003 至 0.013 in)。

End By: 安装发动机机油泵。 请参阅 拆解和组装, "发动机机油泵 - 安装"。
