Recommendations For Use Of Different Types Of Friction Discs In A Transmission{3155}

Usage:

All Machines Equipped With Power Shift Transmissions

Several different types of friction materials (including sintered bronze, paper and F37) are currently used on the friction discs for power shift transmissions. We recommend that all the friction discs in a transmission clutch be of the same type of material. The different clutches in the same transmission can have different types of friction discs. To make sure this is done, all the friction discs in a clutch must have the same part number.
