Correct Installation Of New Valve Springs{1108}

Usage:

All 3208 Naturally Aspirated Engines;
215, 225 Excavators;
227 Loggers;
613B Tractors;
943 And 953 Loaders

Reference: In the Service Magazine, April 4, 1983, the article "Improved Valve Spring Available" tells about the use of new valve springs, retainers, valve spring washers and fuel nozzle clamp assemblies.

There have been reports that some of the former spacers and washers have been used with the new springs. The only former parts that can be reused with the new springs are the locks. Use of any of the other former parts with the new springs can cause damage to the engine.
