Jaga agar semua komponen telah bersih dari bahan penyebab kontaminasi. Bahan penyebab kontaminasi dapat menyebabkan keausan yang sangat cepat dan umur pemakaian komponen yang lebih singkat. |
- Letakkan gasket pada manifold buang.
- Oleskan Alat (A) ke ulir dari stud manifold buang.
Catatan: Pasang turbocharger (5) di lokasi semula dan orientasi awal yang ada dalam prosedur pelepasan.
- Pasang peralatan pengangkat yang sesuai ke turbocharger (5). Turbocharger (5) memiliki berat sekitar
45 kg (100 lb) . Letakkan turbocharger (5) pada manifold buang. - Pasang mur (3) dan kencangkan dengan torsi
55 ± 9 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft) . - Sambungkan susunan pipa (1) dan susunan pipa (4).
- Pasang susunan pipa (2).
- Isi sistem pendinginan. Rujuk ke Buku Petunjuk Pengoperasian dan Perawatan, "Cairan Pendingin Sistem Pendinginan - Penggantian".
