Status Indicator Panel For Operating Function

Status indicator panel |
The status indicator panel is designed to show the operator about the status of the automatic implement functions. While the ABA is armed, the indicator for the ABA is illuminated. While the blade float is armed, the indicator for the blade float is illuminated. The status indicator panel is located on the right column of the cab and near the keypad for the VIDS. The panel is an output of the ECM. The panel is a printed circuit board with four indicators (LED). The indicators align with holes in the right column of the cab. An identification film on the face of the right column covers the indicators and the film identifies the indicators. The ECM does not detect failures in the circuits of the outputs for the indicators.
Power Converter

Power converter |
The power converter is designed to provide +15 DCV that is required to operate the position sensors of the lift cylinders. The converter converts 24 DCV to 15 DCV. The machine electrical system provides +battery voltage to the converter via the circuit breaker for the implement. The output (15 DCV) of the converter connects to the left position sensor and the right position sensor for the lift cylinders. The power converter is located behind the radiator grill on the left upper side. There is no connection between the converter and the ECM. The ECM does not detect any failures in the circuits of the power converter.
Harness Code For The Implement

Harness code plug for the implement |
Note: For the (S/N: 9XR) machine, the input for the harness code of the implement and the harness code plug for the implement of the D11R are present, although the components are not used. The implement ECM ignores the input from the implement harness code.
The ECM must know the sales model of the machine for proper operation. A harness code plug consists of opens or grounds in a specific combination of harness code inputs. The ECM will interpret the status of the harness code inputs (open or ground). Then, the ECM will determine the sales model of the machine. The harness code plug is part of the machine harness and the harness code plug is located near the ECM. See the Testing And Adjusting, "System Schematic".
