Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.

Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.

1. Remove door (1) .

2. Remove two bolts (6) (hidden).

3. Remove six bolts (4) and panel (5) .

4. Remove five bolts (2) and panel (3) .

   Note: Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the other side of machine.

Installation Procedure

1. Install panel (3) and five bolts (2) .

2. Install panel (5) and six bolts (4) .

3. Install two bolts (6) (hidden).

4. Install door (1) .

Note: Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the other side of machine.

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.
