(1) Bore of new cylinder assembly ... 88.90 ± 0.08 mm (3.500 ± 0.003 inch)

(2) Outer diameter of new rod ... 57.100 ± 0.038 mm (2.2480 ± 0.0015 inch)

(3) Bore of new head over four lands ... 57.48 ± 0.03 mm (2.263 ± 0.001 inch)

(4) Apply clean grease to threads. Torque for head ... 600 ± 130 N·m (443 ± 95 lb ft)

(5) Apply 7M-7456 Bearing Mount Compound to the wiper seal groove prior to assembly.

(6) Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(7) Torque for bolt ... 1800 ± 200 N·m (1330 ± 150 lb ft)
