To avoid system damage, make sure that the hydraulic pump is properly filled with hydraulic oil before start-up. |
- Fill the hydraulic drive pump with clean hydraulic oil.
- Install Tool (A) and (B) and move the drive pump into position.

- Install two bolts (15) into drive pump (14). Tighten the bolts. Remove Tool (A) and (B) .

- Connect hoses (9), (10) and (11). Connect lines (12) and (13) .

- Connect lines (7) and (8) .

- Connect lines (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5). Connect hose (6) .

- Use the same installation procedure for the hydraulic drive pump that is on the other side. Refer to steps 1 to 6 and complete all connections.
- Start the machine and check for leaks. Add oil to the hydraulic tank, as needed.
End By:
- Install the mirror. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR1831963C " Track-Type Loader Machine Systems", "Mirror - Remove and Install".
- Install the floorplate. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR1831963C " Track-Type Loader Machine Systems", "Floor Plates - Remove and Install".
