Removal Procedure

- Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Lower the scraper bowl to the ground and engage the parking brake. Chock the wheels in order to prevent the machine from moving.
- Place Tooling (A) under the scraper bowl, as shown.

- Use Tooling (A) to raise the rear of the scraper bowl. Install Tooling (B) in order to support the scraper bowl.

- Remove 18 nuts (1) from rim (2) . Leave two nuts on the rim in order to hold the tire and rim on the machine.

- Attach Tooling (C) and a lift truck to tire (3) . Remove the two nuts from the rim. Remove tire (3) from the machine. The tire weighs 675 kg (1500 lb) .
