Hydraulic Electronic Control - Remove and Install

Usage:

950G 2JS

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

Note: Put identification marks on all wires for installation purposes.

  1. Lower the bucket to the ground.

  1. Remove screw (1) and three screws (3) .

  1. Disconnect switch assembly (2) .

  1. Remove cover (4) .

  1. Remove three screws (5) and cover (6) .

    Rear View

  1. Remove bolts (7) and bolts (8) .

  1. Remove the cover enough to disconnect cigar lighter (9) .

  1. Remove cover (10) .

  1. Disconnect electrical connectors (13) .

  1. Remove bolts (11) and hydraulic electronic control (12) .

  1. Remove two nuts (14), the washers, and electronic position control (15) .

Installation Procedure

    Note: The slot in the electronic position control must be aligned to the slot of the control assembly.

  1. Install electronic position control (15) .

  1. Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of the threaded rods.

  1. Install the washers and nuts (14). The torque for nuts (14) is 2.25 ± .25 N·m (20 ± 2 lb in).

  1. Install hydraulic electronic control (12) and bolts (11) .

  1. Connect electrical connectors (13) .

  1. Install cover (10) .

  1. Connect cigar lighter (9) .

  1. Install bolts (8) and bolts (7) .

  1. Install cover (6) and three screws (5) .

  1. Install cover (4) .

  1. Connect switch assembly (2) .

  1. Install three screws (3) and screw (1). The torque for screw (1) is 6 ± 1 N·m (53 ± 9 lb in).

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
