不要试图把滚翻保险结构架 (ROPS) 拉直。 不要用加强板焊在滚翻保险结构架 (ROPS)上进行修理。 如果在滚翻保险结构架(ROPS)的焊缝,铸件或任何金属面上出现裂纹,咨询卡特彼勒代理进行维修。 |
- 检查滚翻保护结构的螺栓是否松动。 检查滚翻保护结构的螺栓是否损坏。 只可用原装设备零件更换损坏或丢失的螺栓。 以扭矩1050 ±150N·m ( 775±110 lb ft)拧紧螺栓。
注: 在滚翻保护结构（ROPS）上安装螺栓之前，先在所有螺栓的螺纹上涂上润滑油。 如果不涂上油，螺栓的拧紧扭矩可能不正确。
- 在坑凹不平的地面上运行机器。 如果ROPS发出噪声或如果ROPS有咔哒声，更换ROPS安装支承。
如果滚翻保护结构（ROPS）的焊件、铸件或任何金属件有裂缝，请与卡特彼勒代理商联系修理。
