- Disconnect harness assembly (1).
- Remove fuel temperature sensor (2).
- Remove the O-ring seal from the fuel temperature sensor.

- Install a new O-ring seal on the fuel temperature sensor.
- Install fuel temperature sensor (2) and tighten to a torque of
20 ± 5 N·m (15 ± 4 lb ft) . - Connect harness assembly (1).
