The 238-5636 Thermocouple As (Exhaust) allows the technician to measure the exhaust temperature of an engine. An adjustable threaded ferrule attaches the tool to the exhaust housing. The digital multimeter displays the temperature. The exhaust thermocouple assembly works with the following digital multimeters:
- 237-5130 Digital Multimeter Gp
- 212-2160 Digital Multimeter Gp
- 146-4080 Digital Multimeter Gp
- 9U-7330 Digital Multimeter, also requires the 6V-9129 Temperature Adapter Gp
- 6V-3030 Digital Multimeter Gp, also requires the 6V-9129 Temperature Adapter Gp
- 6V-7070 Digital Multimeter, also requires the 6V-9129 Temperature Adapter Gp
The 6V-9129 Temperature Adapter Gp must be used with some digital multimeter groups. The previous list identifies digital multimeters that require the temperature adapter group.
