Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Ensure that the O-ring seals are in position on the engine oil filter base. Position oil filter base (2) on the bracket.
- Install bolts (3) that hold the engine oil filter base to the bracket.
- Connect hose assemblies (4) and (5).
- Install plug (1).
- Use Tooling (A) to install oil filter (6).
- Fill with engine oil.
