An updated version of the Troubleshooting Guide, SENR9698, "C11, C13 and C15 On-highway Engines" is now available. The new version includes updated test procedures that address the following issues:
- Faulty oil pressure solenoid for the intake valve actuator
- Leaks in the system for the valve actuation
- Intake valve actuator is not responding to desired commands.
The updated version of the troubleshooting guide is available through the normal distribution system. This publication can also be found on the Caterpillar Service Information System (SIS).
