Removal Procedure

1. Remove covers (1) from electronic control module (2) .

2. Loosen screw (4) until harness assembly (3) can be disconnected. Disconnect harness assembly (3) .

3. Remove bolts (5), the washers, and the rubber mounts. Remove electronic control module (2) from the engine.

1. Position electronic control module (2) on the engine and install the rubber mounts, the washers, and bolts (5) .

2. Connect harness assembly (3). Tighten screw (4) to a torque of 6 ± 1 N·m (53 ± 9 lb in).

3. Install covers (1) on electronic control module (2) .
