S·O·S Information
Az S·O·S szolgáltatásokat határozottan ajánljuk a Cat ügyfeleinek a tulajdonlási és a működtetési költségek csökkentése érdekében. Az ügyfelek olajmintákat, hűtőfolyadék-mintákat és a géppel kapcsolatos egyéb információkat biztosítanak. A kereskedő az adatok alapján biztosít javaslatokat az ügyfélnek a berendezés kezeléséről. Az S·O·S szolgáltatások ezenkívül segítenek meghatározni a meglévő termékproblémák okát.

Az S·O·S szolgáltatások hatékonyságának biztosításához a mintát időben el kell juttatni a laboratóriumba a javasolt időközönként.
