Electrical System

Usage:

C7 FML
充电装置正在工作时,切勿从蓄电池断开充电装置电路或蓄电池电路电缆。 由蓄电池产生的易燃气体可能被火花点燃。

为便于防止因点燃某些蓄电池产生的可燃气体而生成的火花,负极"−"跨接起动电缆应该最后从外接电源连接到起动马达的负"−"接线柱。 如果起动马达没有配备负"−"接线柱,请把跨接起动电缆连接到缸体。

每天检查电线是否松动或擦破。 在发动机起动之前,拧紧所有松动的电线。 发动机起动之前,要修理好所有擦破的电线。 参见本操作和保养手册, "发动机起动"中具体的起动说明。

为获得发动机的最佳性能和可靠性有必要使发动机电气系统接地正确。 不正确的接地会造成不受控和不可靠的电路路径。

不受控制的电路会对主轴瓦、主轴颈表面和铝质部件造成损坏。

未安装发动机到机架接地带的发动机可能因电气放电而损坏。

为确保发动机和发动机电气系统工作正常,必须使用发动机到机架的接地带,此接地带与蓄电池之间具有直连途径。 此途径可以由起动马达接地端子,起动马达接地端子到机架或直接由发动机接地柱头螺栓到机架等方式来提供。

所有接地点必须紧固和无腐蚀现象。 发动机交流发电机必须通过一根足可以承受其全额充电电流的电线接地到蓄电池的负"-"接线柱。
