0164-11 Injection Actuation Pressure system fault (39)
产生此代码的情况:
发动机不能进行起动盘车，并且发动机控制模块 (ECM) 检测到下述情况：
- 发动机不能进行起动盘车。
- 实际压力与期望压力之差高于 3 MPa (435 psi) 超过四秒。
- 发动机机油温度高于 18 °C (64 °F)。
- 没有启动冷起动模式。
必须满足以下情况之一：
- 喷油驱动压力控制阀的输出电流在 100% 超过两秒。
或者
- 喷油驱动压力控制阀的输出电流在 0% 超过两秒。
发动机起动盘车，并且 ECM 检测到下述情况：
- 没有启动冷起动模式。
- 喷油驱动压力控制阀的电流在 100% 超过三秒。
注: 该故障诊断代码说明存在机械故障。 ECM 和电子控制系统正常工作。
系统响应:
ECM 将会记录事件代码。 检查发动机指示灯不亮。 只在盘车起动发动机时该代码才为激活状态。
发动机功率可能偏低并且怠速运转不稳。 发动机可能在正常工作温度下起动困难，但发动机在冷机时可能容易起动。
注: 该故障只可能在正常工作温度下出现。 如果最近维护过喷油驱动系统的话，系统内可能集有空气。 起动发动机，并在 1500 rpm 下运转几分钟以便清除集气。
