Calibration Using Electronic Service Tool
Calibration With Cat® Electronic Technician (Cat ET)
To perform a calibration with Cat® ET:
- Connect Cat ET.
- Press "Service" on the tool bar.
- Select "Calibrations" in the drop-down menu.
- Select "Payload Calibrations" in the calibration menu.
- Press the Start button at the bottom left of the screen.
- Verify the correct check box is selected.
- Press "Begin".
Before any of the following calibration procedures are carried out, ensure that the:
- Machine is clean.
- Machine is empty.
- Park brake is engaged.
- Ignition switch is ON.
- Machine is parked on level ground with slope no greater than 2%.
Calibrate Inertial Measurement Sensor
- Select "Chassis ECM".
