注: 组装之前，检查衬垫、衬套、螺柱和螺母的状况。 如果任何零件磨损或损坏，则应使用新零件更换。
- 将工具 (A) 涂抹到排气歧管的螺柱上。 如果已从缸盖上拆下了螺柱，则将螺柱安装到缸盖中。 将螺柱上紧到 35 ± 5 N·m (26 ± 4 lb ft) 的扭矩。
- 安装衬垫和衬套 (4) 。

- 将工具 (B) 涂抹在排气歧管 (2) 公端的外径上。 将清洁的发动机机油涂抹在排气歧管 (2) 的母端上。

- 将排气歧管 (2) 安置在螺柱 (3) 上。 将垫片和螺母安装到螺柱 (3) 上。
- 按照数字顺序依次拧紧排气歧管的螺母至扭矩为 38 ± 5 N·m (28 ± 4 lb ft)。
- 将弯头 (1) 安装到排气歧管 (2) 上。
