(6) Fuel tank step

The fuel tank should not be filled more than 95 percent of fuel tank capacity.

The fuel tank for the power module is located at the front of the trailer. The fuel tank can be filled at two locations on the top of the tank. The tank can be filled from the inside or filled from the outside.

The inside location for the fuel filler is located above the step. The step is used for better access to the fuel filler.

The outside location for the fuel filler is located at the front end of the trailer. There is a door at the top (option).

A control panel is used to measure the fuel level. The control panel is located on the fuel tank above the fuel/water separators. The control panel indicates the percentage of fuel that is in the fuel tank.

Some power modules may be equipped with a fuel transfer system. The fuel transfer system is used in order to pump fuel out of the fuel tank or the fuel transfer system is used in order to pump fuel into the fuel tank. The fuel transfer pump is controlled by a control panel that is located above the fuel/water separators. The fuel supply/drain port for the fuel transfer system is located outside, beside the entrance door.
