注意

活塞销塞可防止活塞销刮伤缸壁。 活塞销塞不会把活塞销固定在组件中。 一旦活塞组件从气缸中拆下,活塞销就随时可以自由脱出活塞组件。


(1) 顶部活塞环

安装活塞环,并且标有 "UP-1" 字样的一侧朝向活塞顶部。 绿色条纹朝向活塞环端隙的右侧。
活塞环安装到孔径为 130.000 mm (5.1181 in) 的缸套中后,活塞环两端间有间隙。 间隙 ... 0.520 ± 0.125 mm (.0205 ± .0049 in)
缸套孔径每增加 0.03 mm (.001 in),活塞环间隙会相应增加。 升高 ... 0.09 mm (.004 in)
新活塞中用于顶环槽的最小深度 ... 5.43 mm (.214 in)

(2) 活塞对称于中央凹陷。

在将活塞装至缸体之前润滑整个活塞的 (A) 区域。 采用干净的机油。

安装活塞环,并且标有 "UP-2" 字样的一侧朝向活塞顶部。 红色条纹朝向活塞环端隙的右侧。
新活塞中用于中间活塞环槽的宽度 ... 3.052 ± 0.013 mm (.1202 ± .0005 in)
新活塞上用于中间活塞环的槽的最小深度 ... 5.43 mm (.214 in)
新中间活塞环的厚度 ... 2.950 ± 0.013 mm (.1161 ± .0005 in)
槽与中间活塞环之间的间隙 ... 0.076 至 0.128 mm (.0030 至 .0050 in)
活塞环安装到孔径为 130.000 mm (5.1181 in) 的缸套中后,活塞环两端间有间隙。 间隙 ... 0.625 ± 0.125 mm (.0246 ± .0049 in)
缸套孔径每次增加 0.03 mm (0.001 in),中间环间隙都有增加。 升高 ... 0.09 mm (.004 in)

(5) 活塞控油环

安装控油环后,控油环末端应和环开口间隙相差180度。 从环两端缝隙中必须能够看见活塞环的白色部分。
新活塞上的活塞机油控制环槽宽 ... 4.042 ± 0.012 mm (.1591 ± .0005 in)
新活塞上用于控油环槽的最小深度 ... 3.727 mm (.1467 in)
新活塞控油环的厚度 ... 3.987 ± 0.013 mm (.1570 ± .0005 in)
槽与活塞控油环之间的间隙 ... 0.030 至 0.080 mm (.0012 至 .0031 in)
活塞环安装到孔径为 130.000 mm (5.1181 in) 的缸套中后,活塞环两端间有间隙。 间隙 ... 0.44 ± 0.15 mm (.017 ± .006 in)
缸套孔径每增加 0.03 mm (.001 in),活塞环间隙会相应增加。 升高 ... 0.09 mm (.004 in)

活塞环安装完成之后,旋转活塞环使各端隙之间成 120 度。

组装前,用干净的发动机机油彻底润滑活塞销。

(6) 活塞裙

(A) 活塞裙中的活塞销孔直径 ... 53.190 ± 0.005 mm (2.0941 ± .0002 in)

活塞冠组件轴承中的活塞销孔直径 ... 53.205 ± 0.010 mm (2.0947 ± .0004 in)
