Front Idler - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove the front idler, the recoil spring, and the hydraulic track adjuster. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Front Idler, Recoil Spring and Hydraulic Track Adjuster - Remove and Install".
- Remove bolts (1). Use two people in order to remove idler assembly (2). The weight of idler assembly (2) is approximately
34 kg (75 lb) .

- Use two people in order to position idler assembly (2). The weight of idler assembly (2) is approximately
34 kg (75 lb) . Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (1) and install bolts (1).
