Front Idler, Recoil Spring and Hydraulic Track Adjuster - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Remove and Install".
- Attach a suitable lifting device to the front idler, the recoil spring, and hydraulic track adjuster (1). The weight of the front idler, recoil spring, and hydraulic track adjuster (1) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).

- Remove the front idler, the recoil spring, and hydraulic track adjuster (1) .
Installation Procedure
- Attach a suitable lifting device to the front idler, the recoil spring, and hydraulic track adjuster (1) and position the front idler, the recoil spring, and hydraulic track adjuster (1). The weight of the front idler, recoil spring, and hydraulic track adjuster (1) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
