Installation Procedure

1. Install expansion valve (23) and bolts (24). Tighten the bolts (24) to a torque of 8 ± 2 N·m (6 ± 1 lb ft). Install thermistor (22) to evaporator coil (22) .

2. Install evaporator coil (21) .

3. Install upper housing (15) and harness assembly (13) as a unit. Install clip (12), screws (14), and bolts (16). Connect harness assembly (13) to the bottom of housing (19). Install actuator (18). Connect harness assemblies (13) and (20) and linkage (17) .

4. Install screws (9). Connect harness assembly (11) and clips (8) and (10).

5. Install bolts (7) .

6. Connect linkage (2). Install air filter (3), cover assembly (4), bolts (5), and clips (6). Connect harness assemblies (1) .

End By: Install the heating and air conditioning unit. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Heating and Air Conditioning Unit - Remove".
