Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

  1. Reposition floor mat (1) .

  1. Remove bolts (2) .

  1. Remove duct assembly (3) .

  1. Remove knob (5) and the nut. Remove switch assemblies (6) and disconnect the harnesses.

  1. Remove duct assembly (4) .

  1. Disconnect harness assembly (8) and hose (7) .

  1. Open the engine access doors.

  1. Disconnect harness assembly (9) .

  1. Disconnect harness assembly (10). Remove bolts (11) .

  1. Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cab (12). The weight of cab (12) is approximately 181 kg (400 lb). Remove cab (12) .
