  1. Place the work tool on the ground.

  1. Open access door (1) .

  1. Remove caps (3) from counterweight (4) .

  1. Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto counterweight (4). The weight of counterweight (4) is approximately 7665 kg (16900 lb).

  1. Remove bolts (5) and (6). Remove counterweight (4) .

  1. Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto counterweight (4). The weight of counterweight (4) is approximately 7665 kg (16900 lb). Install counterweight (4) .

  1. Apply Tooling (B) onto the threads of bolts (5) and (6). Install bolts (5) and (6) .

  1. Install caps (3) to counterweight (4) .

  1. Close access door (2) .
