电起动马达
安装电磁阀时，应对小齿轮间隙进行调整。 该调整可在起动马达被拆下时进行。

检查小齿轮间隙时所用的接头 (1) 接地端子 (2) 开关端子 (3) 马达接头 | |
- 不带电磁阀的马达接头（接线端子）到马达之间的连接片 (3) 时，直接安装电磁阀。
- 将来自与电磁阀具有相同电压的蓄电池的正极连接到 "SW" 接线端子 (2) 。
- 将蓄电池的负极连接到接地端子 (3) 上。
- 短时间用导线把带有 "MOTOR（马达）"标记的电磁阀接头（接线端子）与接地接头（接线端子）相连。 小齿轮会输出并停留在盘车位置，直到断开蓄电池为止。
- 将小齿轮推向整流子一侧以消除其自由行程。

- 小齿轮间隙 (A) 必需为 9.1 mm (0.36 in)。
- 调整小齿轮间隙时，应拆下螺塞，转动轴螺母 (4) 。
- 调整结束后，在螺母 (4) 上方安装螺塞，然后在电磁阀的 MOTOR（马达）端子与起动马达之间安装接头 (3) 。
