减振器损坏或减振器故障会增大振动。 这会导致曲轴损坏。

如果橡胶减振器有以下任一问题,请更换橡胶减振器:

  • 损坏

  • 弯曲

  • 螺孔磨损,螺栓松脱

  • 扭力造成的曲轴故障

橡胶减振器在轮毂和活塞环上显示对齐标记。 这些标记标示橡胶减振器的状况。

如对齐标记不对齐,则橡胶减振器的橡胶部分已脱离轮毂和/或活塞环。 如对齐标记不对齐,则需更换橡胶减振器。

用过的橡胶减振器外缘可能有肉眼可见的振动。 减振器旋转时,可能从前到后振动。 这种情况不需要更换,因为外缘振动很正常。 采用以下步骤确认外缘振动在允许范围内:

  1. 安装千分表、触头或用来固定千分表的其他部件。

    注: 触头必须垂直(90 度角)于橡胶减振器的外缘表面。 触头必须与外缘中心附近接触。

  1. 推动曲轴前端,防止有端隙。 端隙会在中线上自由移动。 必须一直压着曲轴,直到完成测量。

  1. 将千分表读数设为 0.0 mm (0.00 in)。

  1. 将曲轴转动 360 度,然后观察千分表。 千分表总读数 0.00 - 2.03 mm (0.000 - 0.080 in) 在允许范围内。

注意

检查 粘滞减振器 有无渗漏和外壳损坏的迹象。 这两个情况中的任何一个都可能导致重块与外壳相接触。 这种接触会影响减振器的操作。
