减振器损坏或减振器故障会增大振动。 这会导致曲轴损坏。
如果橡胶减振器有以下任一问题，请更换橡胶减振器：
- 损坏
- 弯曲
- 螺孔磨损，螺栓松脱
- 扭力造成的曲轴故障
橡胶减振器在轮毂和活塞环上显示对齐标记。 这些标记标示橡胶减振器的状况。
如对齐标记不对齐，则橡胶减振器的橡胶部分已脱离轮毂和/或活塞环。 如对齐标记不对齐，则需更换橡胶减振器。
用过的橡胶减振器外缘可能有肉眼可见的振动。 减振器旋转时，可能从前到后振动。 这种情况不需要更换，因为外缘振动很正常。 采用以下步骤确认外缘振动在允许范围内：
- 安装千分表、触头或用来固定千分表的其他部件。
注: 触头必须垂直（90 度角）于橡胶减振器的外缘表面。 触头必须与外缘中心附近接触。
- 推动曲轴前端，防止有端隙。 端隙会在中线上自由移动。 必须一直压着曲轴，直到完成测量。
- 将千分表读数设为 0.0 mm (0.00 in)。
- 将曲轴转动 360 度，然后观察千分表。 千分表总读数 0.00 - 2.03 mm (0.000 - 0.080 in) 在允许范围内。
