Exhaust Bypass Valve

大气压力通过与呼吸器 (3)连接的孔口 (11)施加到膜片 (5)的一侧。 来自弹簧 (6)的压力也施加在膜片的同一侧。 弹簧压力可通过调整螺钉 (7)进行调整。
增压压力通过与来自后冷器的气管 (1)连通的孔口 (4)施加到膜片的另一侧。 在膜片的同一侧,排气也向阀 (8)施加压力。
当增压压力超过了弹簧力外加大气压力时,阀 (8)开启,将通往涡轮增压器的排气 (9)的一部分旁通到排气弯管。 这将防止涡轮增压器提供过高的增压压力。
过高的增压压力会导致发动机过载、过热、爆震和涡轮增压器喘振。 通向涡轮机叶轮的排气量得到保持,以便提供正确的增压压力。
在负荷不变的情况下,排气旁通阀保持在稳定位置。
在满负荷时,排气旁通阀将处于开启20%的位置。
