Pinion Clearance Adjustment
安装电磁阀时，应对小齿轮间隙进行调整。 该调整可在拆下起动马达的情况下进行。

用以检查小齿轮间隙的电气连接 (1) 接地端子 (2) SW 接线端子 (3) 连接片 | |
- 安装电磁阀，并不与马达电磁阀上 MOTOR 连接（端子）的连接片 (3) 相连。
- 将与电磁阀具有相同电压的蓄电池连接到 "SW"接线端子 (2) 上。
- 将蓄电池的另一端连接到连接片 (3)上。
- 用导线将标有 "MOTOR"字样的电磁阀连接（端子）与接地连接（端子）短暂相连。 小齿轮会切换到盘车位置，直到断开蓄电池为止。

(6) 小齿轮间隙 - 将小齿轮推向整流子一侧，使其无法自由移动。
- 小齿轮间隙 (6)应为
9.1 毫米 (0.36 英寸) 。 - 调整小齿轮间隙时，应拆下螺塞并转动轴螺母 (4)。
