Starting Motor Does Not Rotate - Troubleshoot
Problem: The starting motor will not rotate.
Solution: Check that the following connectors and components are connected properly: battery, starting motor, starter relay, alternator circuit breaker, starter switch, right neutral start switch, left neutral start switch, neutral start relay, "E-C10", "A-C17", "E-C8", "A-C18", "A-C25" and "A-C26". If the problem still exists, use the following procedure to troubleshoot the system.
