Located inside body (8) is drive gear (10), driven gear (7), bushings (6), and bushings (11). The two gears ride in the bushings. The bushings are lubricated by the oil that is being pumped by the gears. Mounting flange (9) is bolted to the engine accessory drive.
As the pump gears rotate, oil from pump drive case (5) flows through inlet line (2) to the inlet port of pump drive lubrication gear pump (1). The rotating gears force the oil through outlet line (3), through the pump drive lubrication cooler (4), and back to pump drive case (5).
