PROBLEM
The final drive sprocket mounting bolts do not have a correct clamping load with original torque of 520 +/- 60 N.m on certain 320D Excavators shipped from CIPL. If the problem is not detected early, the bolt may fall off which results in track misalignment. This could result in failure with significant repair cost. |
