Remove the eight bolts that attach the two hoses to the Valve GP-Brake Control (refer to Illustration 2). Inspect the hose flanges and couplings. If damage is seen on the hose flanges replace with the same part number. If the couplers are damaged replace with the same part number. If any damage is seen replace the Seal Rectangular (1P-3704).

Reinstall the hoses to the Valve GP-Brake Control using the 6 longer socket head bolts (200-1806) and the 2 shorter socket head bolts (124-5222) in the locations identified in Image 3. The 2 shorter bolts go into locations 6 & 7 in Image 3.
Tighten the 8 bolts according to the sequence
(1 ? 8) shown in Image 3.

Tightening Torque
First pass, tighten all bolts to: 40 Nm
Second pass, tighten all bolts to: 100 Nm
Third pass, tighten all bolts to: 200 Nm
This is to insure the housing is not deformed when tighten the bolts
